They say that when business is slow and money is tight, you should put most of your energy into marketing. With the continental freeze we’ve experience this week, it has slowed down some businesses. During these slow days, spend some time on your marketing activities. <span style=”font-size: 16px;”> (I</span><span style=”font-size: 16px;”>t will pay off in the future.) </span><span style=”font-size: 16px;”>You could create that flyer or newsletter you’ve been meaning to create. If you are caught up on these, maybe brainstorm what activities you would like to accomplish this month, quarter, or year and enter them into a calendar. The calendar should have action items on specific days to meet your end goal’s deadline. Too often days, weeks, and months go by before we suddenly find ourselves at the week we needed an event to happen and now it’s too late to prepare for it. So get out your calendars and notebooks, brainstorm, and PLAN for it to happen! Don’t delay! Stay warm!</span>
